I'm not sure if the same thing is causing the conflicts like it did back in 1.16.5, but here is the old issue where it was fixed in 1.16.5: #3513

Reproduce with:

TiC 3.5.0.17
Mantle 1.9.20
Quark 3.2-356
AutoRegLib 1.7-53

Forge 1.18.2, 40.1.19

The exact same cause: priority is lowest. Looks like the 1.16.5 branch has the priority correctly set to low, just not master. Assuming master is 1.18.2, that change got reverted/never got ported to the other branch.

It's been almost a year, any chance the change KnightMiner mentioned will be ported to the 1.18.2 branch so that this compatibility issue can be fixed?
