Add Hoe Harvesting for Lily Pads?

I was harvesting some lily pads in a swamp, and the hoe didn't do anything on them! I found this issue: #434 And I'm pretty sure this is the reason! I'd like to suggest allowing the hoe AOE to work on lily pads IFF the player actually clicks on a lily pad!
