When I try and load a world with the Quark 1.19 beta, it loads up to 0% on the world creation screen and then crashes. I should note that the crash report blames Yung's Mods (which I also have betas for) but the crash doesn't occur when Quark isn't installed.

Update: This issue still persists even if I run the game without Yung's Mods. Here's a new log in case it helps:
