[1.18.2] [1.19] Grabbed chicken visually stays on head when underwater/swimming (clientside only)

Tested on both 1.18.2 and 1.19: Going underwater with a grabbed chicken on your head causes it to boot off the chicken but does not display it clientside. Right clicking does not visually remove the chicken, but equipping a helmet removes the chicken and teleports it to where it should have been booted off. Video for reference.
