I'm running a forge server for the first time, and whenever I run it with quark, it doesnt start. Works fine without the mod.
I can also provide a crash file if needed.

What version of Minecraft are you using? I have got 1.19 working with forge-1.19-41.0.99 . You will miss out on the bug fixes but seems to run okay, although I've only been using it for a limited time.
