Sometimes Minecraft is just better on peaceful, but some items can only be had by killing mobs. Being able to craft and/or farm vanilla mob drops with vanilla resources on peaceful would be extremely helpful, like turning bread or snowballs and green dye into slime, etc. Obviously balance will be crucial.
