Not sure if its conflicting with anything else. Just updated all my mods in the folder to include the latest Quark and AutoRegLib. Went to load and ran into this error message:

Quark (quark) encountered an error during the common_setup event phase
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "net.minecraft.world.level.block.Block.m_49966_()" because "block" is null

tried all versions of 1.19.2 and all give same error. also tried removing other mods that may add or change blocks and error persists.

issue fixed. theres was some kind of conflict between Quark and the Corails Woodcutter mod. I was able to finally get an updated Corails and now its working again.
