Elytra Rocket doesnt work if it in curio slot.

@Vazkii In Quark-3.3-373 actually havent notice any changes. I fogot to say that original curio mod doesn't have support of elytra in curio slot. Support of elytra in curio slot is provided by Elytra Slot (Forge) mod and Caelus API (Forge) mod. Maybe they change something.
