Ancient Tome config doesn't work with modded namespace

The ancient tome config option in quark-common.toml only accepts minecraft: namespaces, and will not add tomes to entries with modded namespaces.

doesnt seem to be an issue in 1.19.2 (1.18 isnt supported anymore). Be sure you used the right id
