Enabled "Rotation Lock" and game crashed. Now the save won't load and is dependent on Quark.

I enabled "rotation lock" for the first time. The rotation lock message displayed in the chat, and the world suddenly became mostly transparent. After that the game crashed.
Now the game crashes when trying to reload. I tried disabling Quark tweaks yet it still crashes. I also tried disabling the rendering engine, Oculus/Rubidium, but it still fails.
