New Stone Type JEI Hiding Inconsistency

When "New Stone Types" is enabled, but some of the stone types are disabled individually, the slabs, stairs, and walls are not hidden in JEI.

Quark automatically hides things in JEI when they're disabled now. In this case it only partially hid the proper content.
