Description

Apotheosis caps the enchantment level to 9. However, certain items such as the "Treecapitator" which comes from Wandering Trader, have enchantments level 10. Normally, if you try to anvil anything with level 10, it will be downgraded to 9. However, if Quark is installed, that does not happen, and furthermore, the level cost is fixed at 10, even if you add more enchantments on the book.
