For some reason trying to create a different wood-type chest only allows me to make the vanilla chest. I used woodworks before installing quark and have disabled and fiddled with all settings for quark to disable the variety chest and have found no solution. Nothing is fixing the issue. I'm not sure if it's just an issue I'm not understanding or it's a new bug (which I doubt) but it's driving me nuts as I had been using the woodworks chests in my world before and now can't craft any.

To be clear I am trying to disable the quark variety chests in favor of woodwork and I know most people have issues creating the vanilla chests, I have the opposite all recipes are making ONLY the vanilla chests.

Please suggest a solution it's probably just something on my end T_T

If you have JEI, having F3+H enabled and looking at the chest recipe in there should give you the ID. You can then disable that recipe with CraftTweaker or a datapack
