Version: Quark dev env latest as of writing

Quark adds its logs to both #minecraft:logs and #minecraft:logs_that_burn, this is not necessary because #minecraft:logs already includes #minecraft:logs_that_burn. So they only need to be added to the latter

Wait, looking at the commit it looks like you only deleted the tag files, but aren't they generated by the python scripts? I saw in the source that the python code put all the logs in both tags, but didn't see that change in the commit
