Azalea, blossom, ancient, bamboo chests, bookshelves, ladders aren't craftable when quark and woodworks are both enabled

Quark disables by default its own integration for chests, bookshelves, and ladders, in favor of WoodWorks ones, when both are present. It causes azalea, blossom, ancient, bamboo (also prismarine, purpur, nether bricks) chests, bookshelves, and ladders to not be more craftable. Also Quark disables by default vertical planks when WoodWorks is present, while WoodWorks doesn't add any vertical planks.
