I'm not exactly sure what is happening, though I do know that I just can't find anything for Quark. The game isn't crashing, it does run with everything, but nothing for it shows up? I'm guessing it's being overridden by one of the other mods. I know that some of the mods have been added after Quark, and I recently updated the version, and more mods were added in. The first screenshot is what was there to start, with the exceptions of bclib, apugli, better end, and farmers delight. Now the other two screenshots are what is in there now.

That'd explain a lot. It's being used for a server, but no one could figure out why it wasn't working.
