The tetra hoes do not include the 3x3 breaking/harvesting from quark if enabled.

Forge version is 43.2.0
Quark is Quark-3.4-391.jar
Auto Reg Lib is AutoRegLib-1.8.2-55.jar
Minecraft version 1.19.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Tetra and Quark
2. Turn a minecraft hoe into a tetra one
3. Whack a 3x3 area of foliage or attempt to harvest a 3x3 area of crops

It is expected that the Tetra hoe should include the 3x3 breaking/harvesting

oh so hoes from tetra dont work with quark harvest?

this might be because tetra tools dont extend HoeItem. Do you know if they are tagged in some way? currently quark doesnt have any sort dependencies so if possible id' rather use tags and such to tell those apart

also note that for big harvest to occur only items in quark big harvest tag work (netherite and diamond hoe)

Tetra hoes have the ToolActions.HOE_DIG tool action. It would be possible to tag the double headed tool item, but that wouldn't necessarily be a hoe.
