While having a backpack equipped, shift-clicking an item in your inventory will put it into your hotbar

Instead, shift-clicking an item in your inventory should place it into your backpack.
For any other GUI in the game, shift-clicking an item in your inventory will always place it into that GUI, if applicable. However, with backpacks, shift-clicking will place the item into the hotbar.
Steps to reproduce:
- Equip a backpack
- Have any item inside your inventory
- Shift-click that item
It will go inside the hotbar (if it has room for that item) instead of your backpack.
This is intended behavior, while being inconsistent with other containers, it's consistent with the regular player inventory, which I felt was more important in that situation
