In JEI, the recipe screen is a list of every possible way to get an item. It is able to be pulled up by left-clicking an item on the JEI overlay or hovering over an item and pressing R, with default keybinds.

Since influencing using candles is a way to enchantments, it should be displayed in those enchanted books' recipe screen.
