So, I'm playing 1.19.2 and I have all these mods, I'm not sure if they're interfering with the runes but I'm not sure, it doesn't work when in single player or LAN.

Define "not working"? What exactly are you trying and what happens when you do?

when i put a weapon that can be enchanted into the anvil and then a colored rune in the next space, nothing comes out at the end. I've used this mod before in 1.16.5 but im in 1.19.2 now, not sure how to get the rune to color my weapon or armor in the anvil. here's a picture to explain better, im not great at wording stuff. but it doesn't add the color to the weapon, in survival or creative.

Item has to be enchanted for the runes to apply
