When building I noticed that walls don't connect to vertical slabs, this is a bit disappointing to me. Maybe this could become a new feature/config option so that walls and glass panes connect to vertical slabs like they do to solid blocks.

Possibly, crouch-placing vertical slabs makes them not count as solid blocks for connection purposes.

Also I had another idea. Perhaps there could be a way to make 'sideways' stairs with vertical slabs. Kinda like how Forge Microblocks did it with slabs. That way you can make nice looking corners. I think this would enable some really creative building!

Quark has always been one of my favorite mods, I consider Vaskii to be a true artist when it comes to Minecraft mods <3

Edit: I also just thought of quarter slabs, they're 0.5x1x0.5 and you can place them in any orientation. I know that it would probably be a pain to make, but I think a lot of people would really appreciate this addition!
(also maybe just make a system that mimics Forge Microblocks but just the half thickness blocks)

i wish that was easier to do. as far as i know they work with a tag and if you give it to slabs walls will connect to the front face aswell
