Permafrost replaces blocks in woodland mansion, destroying bookshelves

Hello Quark Team. When a Woodland Mansion spawns in a cold biome, a lot of the blocks like bookshelves, wood blocks, other blocks and even wool gets replaced by PERMAFROST. This makes the mansion look very odd and unsual and removes rewards from the player. Getting books from the mansion is now almost impossible because all bookshelves were replaced by permafrost. I would like to have permafrost in my world, but not without having the mansions griefed by it.
