Certain ladder items do not appear in the creative menu

Description:
Ladder items other than oak, blossom, azalea, and iron do not appear in the creative menu or in other item browsers such as JEI. However, they do appear as recipes; in JEI pressing r on a ladder item in your inventory will show its recipe and pressing u on planks will show the ladder recipe. The ladders DO show up in the creative search menu, but not in the decoration blocks tab.
Tested:
Removed all mods except for AutoRegLib, Quark, Quark Oddities, and JEI. Problem still occurred.
Speculation:
The unaffected items are the vanilla ladder (oak) and the ladders that were completely newly added by quark (blossom, azalea, iron). It seems like the variations made of vanilla wood types are the ones with an issue.
