Mine Colonies and jobs+ Inventory UI is default. how do i get them to feature quarks sort buttons?

Should be written in the config description but in short go on their repo, look for the menu class and copy it's name in the config

you can add their inventory class names to the quark config or ask them to use quark api implementing the appropriate interface for compat

I did it thank you, The only exception is it doesn't work for the backpacks from the jobs plus mod but it worked for all the other mods that I have
