Also your server is entirely locked at 20tps with under 15mspt average. There's absolutely no lag here so I'm closing this

Even when using the mod Observed turtles compared to other animals had a much greater effect on TPS and when reducing the enemies they became very many. I limited them through Incontrol. If this is the "norm" for you, fine.
