Disabling limestone does not disable stairs, slabs, or walls

Disabling limestone through the config removes generation and block loading for full limestone blocks with no issues, however, all limestone variants of stairs, slabs, and walls from quark still exist when limestone is set to false in config. This may also occur with other blocks, but it was not tested.
