Quarks matrix enchanter does not respect cyclic's enchantments. for example in the screenshot below growth is a hoe enchantment only. yet it appears in the axe pool. This behavior is not shared in a vanilla enchantment table.

even when disabled they remain in the matrix enchanters enchantment pool. They do not remain in the vanilla enchanting table pool.
