If you give an armor stand a weapon to hold, it will cause a visual glitch as follow:

I'm just gonna close this issue, since it's not related to Quark

This would have to be a TiC bug, since all quark does is enable a feature hidden in vanilla (ShowArms).

Okay, I'll submit an issue to TiC as well then.
