Enchantments Begone doesn't begone enchantments from Enchanting Tables

Minecraft version: 1.19.2
Forge version: 43.2.11
Quark version: 3.4-405
Enchantments added to the "Enchantments to Begone" field in the configuration file have their book forms removed from chests, the creative menu and JEI - but the enchantments still appear in enchanting tables
I've double checked that the Enchantments Begone option itself is enabled
I am unable to post my latest.log to Pastebin as Pastebin is blocked where I live - I've sent the log file as an attachment instead: latest.log
