Underground biomes spawn without caring about the dimensions, it has for consequence they can spawn in the nether due to Biomes O Plenty nether biomes. It would be nice to give the possibility to blacklist dimensions where they aren't supposed spawn.

It would be nice to give the possibility to authorize underground biomes to generate in a full dimension, like a dimension whitelist.
