Same rarity as the "black" foxhound among reds, but it replaces the odd blue foxhound instead.

I have two ideas for how this might look. The first one is literally just a recoloring of the existing shiny foxhound, such that it is black and cyan instead of black and orange (ignore the particle effect).

The other idea I had, I stumbled upon by accident, though it fits well with the biome. A mostly desaturated, ghostly white foxhound.
