Im playing on 1.19.2 Quark-3.4-409.jar and in the config menu >tools > ancient tomes >valid enchantments, when you remove an enchantment from the list the buttons to remove or add enchantments are duplicated when scrolling, it seems like a copy of the buttons are remaining in place, so when you try to remove another enchantment well it removes the wrong one
