The Dispatching Module Step CONSTRUCT_CLIENT is also encountered

A temporary solution to this is by opening the fml.toml file located in your config folder and change the max threads from -1 to 1.

I have no idea if this solution changes anything else, but the pack loads fine after doing this. I also heard that you can change the -1 to 2/3/4 depending on how many processors you want it to use. But I know for sure, setting 1 will load the pack. Feel free to experiment and get back to me
