Same issues. changing to Version 412 also doesn`t help, only deleting it both from server and client allows to enter moded server.

change to 4.09 version it works there to be playable but not any of there others above

I also just ran into this, but after going back to 4.0.9, I was able to get back on to my server

also the quark mod enchant table crashing when poison is placed next to form aether mod till turned off
