Just an idea that I think could fit into Quark: let cows (and maybe other animals like sheep and horses) give an occasional bone meal effect on bare grass blocks they're walking on. After beating the seeds out of a patch of grassland, this could be a way to slowly recover the tall grass and flowers.

I liked the mod, had an idea, got enthusiastic and screwed up the bureaucracy. Must be a pain to be a developer with users like me. Sorry to have wasted your time.
