Downloaded Forge 1.11.2, Quark, and AutoRegLib but it wont work

I've done everything necessary to have Quark, but when I load up Minecraft, the only mods are the 5 mods necessary for Minecraft Forge.

Also, I know my Minecraft isn't messed up because I installed OptiFine and that works.
