[1.19.2] Barrels and Beehives are replaced by Permafrost during worldgen

As per title. Other blocks may be affected. Noticed in a village from Choice Theorem's Overhauled Villages. Similar to #4156

The two Permafrost blocks in front of me are supposed to be Barrels.
This is supposed to be a beehive.
What the beehive should look like.
Might have fixed it with 228f8b1, probably worth a backport.
