Seems to just be a visual thing, they behave correctly from what I've tried

Steps to reproduce:

• Honestly just place and break some pipes with after encasing them, there's a lot of ways in which they don't connect properly, you can also place some encased pipes directly
• An easily reproducible one is just placing a pipe, encasing it, and then placing a normal pipe next to it
