Quark x Lootr compat doesn't work proper in Ancient Cities

Issue

  • When both Quark and Lootr are installed, in an Ancient City, Lootr's chests generate but are not the Ashen variant as expected from Quark
    (Ashen Logs self-placed to showcase Quark is installed)

This is extra evident by the fact that the "portal" structure's chest is Ashen, since it's not normally changed by Lootr due to the Golden Apple chest not having a loot table for the apple (at least I assume that's why)

With just Quark and not Lootr installed, all the Ancient City chests are Ashen chests

Expected result is for all the chests in an Ancient City (except the one in the middle structure since Lootr doesn't change that normally) to be Ashen Lootr Chests, instead of the normal Lootr chests
