Inventory Insert and Extract buttons not working on Dedicated Server

Interacting with the Insert and Extract buttons in an inventory does nothing and causes a server error:
[Server thread/ERROR] [net.minecraftforge.fml.loading.RuntimeDistCleaner/DISTXFORM]: Attempted to load class net/minecraft/client/gui/screens/inventory/CreativeModeInventoryScreen$ItemPickerMenu for invalid dist DEDICATED_SERVER

How to replicate:

  1. 1.20.1 Minecraft running NeoForge 47.1.97
  2. Install Quark, Quark Oddities and Zeta on Dedicated Server
  3. Connect to server and attempt using the buttons, I specifically held shift and tried to filter insert oak logs into a chest with oak logs, causing the error
