Inventory buttons don't properly move (1.12)

Version: (r1.2-94)
When using the new inventory crafting interface, the sort and deposit buttons move, with the inventory, but when the inventory is reopened the buttons go back to their old spot.
Right, the book stays open. I'll have to find another way around this.
