[1.19.2] Quark tries iterating over all recipes in a single tick, resulting in hangs and crashes in large packs.

As per title. I presume this is related to the 'Slabs to Blocks' feature. Modern Fix will cause a Watchdog crash with this due to a single tick taking >60 seconds (though my pack just hangs instead of exiting). I'll test with the option disabled.
Unsure if this is related but I was experiencing the worst lag ever (CPU cores would all jump to 100%). After testing for weeks, I figured out it was Quark the whole time. I started the server 3 times perfectly fine and then added quark. After adding Quark, the lag came back. Whole PC would lag (Dedicated Linux machine). This is horrible, here are my logs:
