Enchantment efficiency and piercing are incompatible although pickarang is disabled

Efficiency and piercing cannot be applied on one pickarang. But if pickarang is disabled in the config, efficiency and piercing will keep incompatible, which means they cannot be applied on one book.

Beside this, quark also make silk_touch with looting and silk_touch with luck_of_the_sea incompatible unexpectly.
