Quark seems to break the animated clock that Hourglass adds to the topright of the screen when sleeping.
It should be animated, but when Quark is installed, it's frozen.

Not sure whether to report this to Quark or Hourglass, so I am making an issue on both repo's.

EDIT:
The Hourglass repo has a compatibility warning with Quarks Improved Sleeping module, warning that it breaks the clock in the exact way I am experiencing, but I think the Improved Sleeping module is no longer part of Quark? At least I can't seem to find it in the config anymore

I would assume the problem comes from the Enable Clock Nerf feature in tweaks.compasses_work_everywhere.
That feature makes clocks not function until crafted to prevent cheesing with the recipe book/jei.
