Flamerang is duplicated when hit an unbreakable block with full inventory or using offhand.

Client version: Minecraft 1.20.1 + Forge 47.3.12 + Zeta 1.0-24 + Quark 4.0-460 (All mods seem to be up to date on this issue when I record the video)

If throw it with off hand. Don't need to fill up the inventory to reproduce the issue.
