quark:pipes don't rotate correctly in NBT structures generated

Hello ! Just a small bug in quark but I've added pipes in structures of my modpack and unfortunately they don't spawn correctly in the world.
Just a bit sad to have such nice blocks but their behavior is not working properly (yes I changed the visuals for the modpack which is more steampunk/medieval than tech)
