Quark "Diamond Repairs" module does not use Forge Anvils Event and specifically prevents items other than the repair item

This makes them incompatible with modded anvils which listen to the Forge Anvil Event.

Caverns and Chasms also adds Zirconia items which are able to repair any tool with durability. However, the quark mixin specifically prevent any repair items other than the item specified in the config, which makes Zirconia stop working as well.
