This is easily reproduced on my end when only running Quark and AutoRegLib in 1.11.2.

Can confirm, I created a fresh 1.11.2 instance in the Twitch launcher with the latest versions of Forge, Quark and AutoRegLib.

@Vazkii did you check both in dev workspace and "regular" game? I've had issues with that before

I was about to report the issue and found this one. Just to test out, I installed only Quark and AutoRegLib to see if it was a mod compatibility issue. I'm not sure what else could be causing it? Maybe using the latest version of forge?

Just wondering, even though the issue is closed it's clear it's not just a problem with me or my setup. Is there any update to this issue for people still on 1.11.2?
