Most of the people use Inventory tweaks. But Your mod is interesting too.
I can not find in Quark.cfg how can I change CTRL.
Can you fix it? It may be CAPSLOCK or ...

Possible fix: It's possible to register a keybind with a modifier in newer forge versions. You could register CTRL + LMB as a keybind, and people could change it if they wished.

It is NEED change Default CTRL to something else.

I make my inventory full. Then press CTRL+LMB and it is works.

Do you want to try ALT? I can betatest it. Your mode is good.

I'll change it to ALT when I work on quark next. Does ALT even do anything with invtweaks?

All combinations SHIFT, CTRL and ALT can not make for Quark :(

Alt for drop item is just dumb. There's already Q for that. Can you unbind it?

Allowing it to be a changeable key bind sounds like a better solution, so
any potential conflicts can be avoided.

It is Bind of Iventory Tweaks

I'll try changing to ALT and increasing the event priority, but if that doesn't do anything I'd take it up with them.

As you can see - in the FULL inventory your CTRL is works. If you make ALT - it will always drop items.
Can we try CTRL+X+LMB?

CTRL+Z already bind JEI
CTRL+X - do not bind. You can try it.
