(This bug(?) was found in the most recent version of Quark, version r1.2 - 103.) When in spectator mode, a user can steal items from chests by using the "extract" feature in Quark and having a chest open while having room in their inventory or hotbar. This can override protections like FTB Utilities team protection as well. Also, this issue can work the reverse-way.

With the reverse-way, all the user needs to do is have enough space in the chest and have items in their inventory (excluding the hotbar, of course) and then use the "deposit" feature when inside a chest.
